Return Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that this guarantee applies only to items purchased at regular price. Items purchased on sale are considered final sale and cannot be returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at contact@glimrio.com if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item. Photo proof will be required to evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
